Return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that it is in its original condition and unused, with all its accessories and original packaging. Unless otherwise stated in the product description
Excluded items: Perishable products, health and personal care products, customized products, and some underwear cannot be returned to maintain general hygiene.
2. Return Steps:

Fill out the return form: You will receive a return form by email, which must be filled out and attached to the returned product.
Packaging and Shipping: Please repackage the product as it arrived to ensure its safety, then send it via the approved shipping company.
3. Refunds:
Refund: The full amount will be refunded to the same payment method used within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
Shipping fees: If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error in the order, we will bear all shipping costs. In other cases, the customer may bear the shipping costs.
4. Product replacement:
You can request to replace a product with another one if available, by following the same return steps. The replacement product will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the original product.
5. Return policy for discounted products:
Products purchased during special offers and seasonal discounts are subject to different conditions, as they can be replaced or returned in the form of a purchase voucher only.
